HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
We prefer that our customers book at least 1 week for a signature cake and at least 2 weeks in advance for custom cakes.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
We offer delivery for £5.00 within Hayes and surrounding 5miles. For New Malden and Central London Zone 1, please email us at eunkyunglee.patisserie@gmail.com for a specific quote.
We do not offer pick-up as we do not have a customer-facing storefront.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE? I DON’T SEE WHAT I WANT ON THE WEBSITE.
Yes! Just send an email to eunkyunglee.patisserie@gmail.com and we will get back to you to discuss the project. You can also check out our Instagram for images of past custom cakes (@ekpatisserie__).
DO YOU OFFER VEGAN, SUGAR-FREE, EGG-LESS, DAIRY FREE OR GLUTEN-FREE CAKES?
No, they are not. Our cakes contain traditional ingredients like butter, sugar and flour.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All orders that are placed and cancelled within 72 hours will receive a full 100% refund. Any orders past this timeframe will be charged 50% of the total.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our baked goods, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once a cake has been received by the designated party. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honoured. Refunds requested due to flavour is subjective and will also not be honoured. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of EK Patisserie.
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN?
We are always open since we are an online bakery! Please place your order any time specifying the date and time that you need it delivered. We will contact you if we run into any issues with your order when we see it on our end. We do not have a storefront so no walk-ins or pickups at this time.
MODIFICATIONS & LAST MINUTE DESIGN REQUESTS
We can modify cake designs within reason and if our Production schedule allots. We are not able to make last minute substitutions or design modifications if it lands 3 days prior to the delivery of the cake order.
